Senior Director Fld Revenue Ops

JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the VP, Operational Accounting - Staffing, the Director, Revenue Ops provides overall management, leadership, innovation, motivation, and strategic direction to Accounts Receivable Operations and Contract Management located in Deer Park or San Ramon. This position oversees departmental hiring, training, staff development and performance management, and manages direct and indirect reports in Deer Park or San Ramon. The Director is responsible for the financial oversight of A/R/Cash Applications and Billing. In addition, the Director located in Deer Park will also have responsibility for Contract Accounting (primarily relates to Strategic Account clients), and Terms and Conditions. This position oversees processes to insure ongoing monitoring, key performance indicators are met, proper recording and risk management, and sound and proper accounting for revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP and RH policies. In addition, the Director: insures that internal controls within assigned areas are established, implemented, monitored, evaluated for effectiveness, followed and satisfy compliance standards; insures maintenance of documentation of business processes, policies and procedures that accurately outline and support the control environment, with particular emphasis on Sarbanes Oxley requirements; provides information, guidance, direction, and ongoing training to all staff members to insure compliance as well as adherence to corporate policies and procedures, serves as a liaison to external and internal auditors, when required, and insures that financial audit requirements are met. The Director drives the corporate vision, values, direction, and goals and objectives within areas of responsibility. The primary focus of this role is strategic in nature and involves an analytical approach towards the formation of a solid infrastructure and the development and implementation of a strategic business plan. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related area. CPApreferred. 10+ years' of demonstrated management and leadership experience in a rapidly growing company, both in size and services. Diversified industry experience or demonstrated track record in consulting field desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage in a complex business systems environment and knowledgeable of accounting systems and technology. Experience with Sarbanes Oxley, GAAP and internalaudit process. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with analysis of contracts and agreements and terms and conditions desired. Experience or direct interaction with high volume transactional environments required. Public accounting experiencepreferred. Consulting experience is desirable. Experience with Microsoft Office. ERP or other financial systems. PeopleSoft Financial experience a plus. Strategic thinker, innovative, implementer, leader of change and process improvements, able to thrive in fast-paced environment, ability to multi task. Strong financial aptitude, analytical/critical thinking ability. Experience in establishing, monitoring, and evaluating internal controls over financial systems and processes. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships, manage and lead others and ability to maintain effectiveness and flexibility while experiencing changes in work task or work environment. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
