Your Role:
Answers incoming requests for products and services to meet the needs of the customer in a prompt and courteous manner.
Processes customer purchase orders
Informs the customer of the order status and takes action to ensure orders are expedited to meet the customers' needs.
Actively supports the company's quality process to achieve total satisfaction of customer's requirements, striving for error free work.
Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
Assisting the outside sales by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Background Profile:
5
years of experience in the hose industry required
Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Should be aggressive and possess a high drive to learn new product lines
Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
Prior inside sales/customer service experience preferred but not required
Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
