Sales Engineer Accountabilities Compressor Seal and System Specialist for the Gulf Coast Region of the US to be located in the Houston, TX area Technical Sales Responsibilities for Flowserve Compressor Seal and System Products and Services Account mix may include Users, EPC's, Corporate HQ and OEM Accounts 4 Year College Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science required Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required Candidate must possess a Strong Mechanical Aptitude, Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Position Requirements Communication Skill Accountabilities Presents concise, clear, logical flow in all business communications - routinely addresses all objections in a proactive and collaborate fashion Consistently drives exact requests of others as needed, specifying the requirements of who, what, when, and where Routinely applies active listening skills such as silence, mirroring and paraphrasing - widely considered a perceptive and discerning listener Effectively and consistently participates in and leads group meetings, including agenda preparation, effective facilitation, and assignment of follow-up activities Develop and act as a key resource for presentations and training Acts as the customer's advocate within the organization - in all discussions, takes the position of what is best for the customer while balancing Flowserve's business interest to realize full business efficiencies Planning Skill Accountabilities Executes complex prEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
