Requirements: The Superintendent will be required to have the necessary skills to utilize a personal computer and the software applications required by the Contract. He will be responsible to evaluate productivity reports and to make changes as needed to optimize resource utilization. The Superintendent shall be responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met. The Superintendent should possess the capabilities and responsibilities for planning, scheduling, estimating, and project management of the project. Traveling may be required.
