The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide office support for multiple departments and locations through the US; office location in Deer Park, Texas. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for the receptionist and all duties associated with the receptionist position. Other duties will include telephone support, receiving and directing visitors, expert level computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), filing, and faxing. Additional responsibilities will include scheduling travel, processing expense reports, assisting with proposals, project/meeting planning and coordination, troubleshooting minor technical problems, maintain multiple department database records, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Expert level software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities
Must be able to problem solve, including identifying, assessing, and correcting problems
Must be able to keep accurate documentation, preventing problem reoccurrence
Strong communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written)
Advanced organization skills
Strong Interpersonal skills; must be a team player
Must follow all safety practices, understanding and applying company policies and procedures
Must Have:
Applicants must include salary history or requirements in application submission
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; business certificate or associates degree preferred
Must have a minimum of five (5) years executive level administrative office support experience
Must have expert level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access); testing will be required to determine skill level
Must be able to pass a physical, pre-employment drug screen, alcohol test, and a background check
Relocation is not available; candidates must live within 30 miles of Deer Park, Texas (77536)
