Regularly update and maintain the TRACK systems to accurately reflect labor, per diem, equipment, and material billings for payments.
Cost Reporting:
Provide ongoing job cost reports to clients to ensure the maintenance of accurate costs.
Payroll Management:
Handle payroll entries in the HCSS system and assist in resolving timesheet and payroll issues for foremen and other employees.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with the Project Accountant to identify and escalate any discrepancies.
Report Analysis:
Create detailed reports analyzing cost fluctuations and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Record Verification:
Ensure the accuracy of all records, reports, and supporting documentation.
Classification and Compliance:
Uphold the proper classification standards in track and payroll systems.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Take on additional tasks as required to support the project management team.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS Educational Background:
A post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the industrial construction industry and with Master Service Agreements.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is a must, along with a willingness to learn new software packages.
Prior experience with eCMS and client-facing TRACK programs will be viewed favorably.
Attention to Detail:
You should be highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling large volumes of transactions accurately.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to liaise effectively with different stakeholders and work collaboratively with team members.
Experience Preferred 2 - 3 years:
Accounts Receivable Education Preferred Some college or better in BUSINESS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
