Responsibilities:
Lead month-end/year-end close & analysis (income statement, balance sheet, account reconciliations).
Collaborate with leadership on financial/operating plans and business support.
Good people skills.
Enhance reporting capabilities through automation & advanced visualization tools.
Drive consolidated analyses, reporting, and forecasting.
Communicate financial results, forecasts, risks & opportunities to leaders.
Will work closely with FP&A function and so excel and highly developed financial analysis skills are needed.
Develop presentations for executives & support Board meetings.
Recommend & implement process improvements & technology solutions.
Manage & mentor direct reports, supporting their professional development.

Qualifications:
6
years financial management experience (3
in leadership).
Bachelor's in accounting required, CPA preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, & interpersonal skills.
Strong MS Office & Viewpoint knowledge (Adaptive/Power BI a plus).
