Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, potential clients, and companies we represent via phone, email, and chat - Supporting teammates with follow-up for clients and prospects.
- Provide prospective insurers with coverage options after learning about them and offer multiple policies to ensure the individual is properly insured through consultive selling.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions on our many different software programs.
- Research and resolve coverage questions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other office duties as they arise and are needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Agreeable to getting insurance license prior to starting position - Type quickly and accurately and displayproficiency in using multiple computer systems and software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor and positive attitude with empathy and patience when dealing with customers We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
